I feel that what distinguishes a good team from an excellent team is how much they enjoy their work. That is why I felt that Shutterfly Team from the San Jose office was excellent. They truly enjoyed one Friday morning and afternoon sharing moment and rolling sushi. I am sure you can see their faces in this picture.
